Will it cost extra if the electrician has to come back to finish?
Rarely. We've seen just about everything and the listed price reflects 99% of situations. However, sometimes there are unforeseen problems unique to the situation or house that require us to charge slightly more to finish the job. A good rule-of-thumb to use is if your job is going to take over 50% more time than was initially scheduled, you should expect to pay for another appointment. Either way, our electricians will let you know all of the options and give a confirmed return appointment before they leave. It is our policy to never leave a job unfinished.

Why do you only accept debit/credit cards?
Our time, like yours, is valuable. We have found that our customers are less likely to miss the appointment if they have already given us a form of payment.

I canceled but I was still charged, why?
If you canceled, but your card was still charged it is because you did not cancel more than 24 hours in advance. Remember, all appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancelation restriction.

Why am I charged if I don't cancel soon enough?
When a customer books an appointment we reserve that time slot for them and only them. Once a slot is taken we cannot offer it to other customers. Without at least one day it is nearly impossible for us to fill that spot back up. Our electricians' time, like yours, is valuable and they get paid hourly. When customers fail to cancel soon enough it leaves their schedule open and reduces their income.
